According to an official release, pad-ready sites will also be available for build-to-suit opportunities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Currently there are two commercial sites on the property\u2014at the intersection of Thornton Road and Riverside Parkway\u2014which IDI plans on marketing for retail and commercial uses. The location offers great access to I-20, I75 and I-85 and is within close proximity to Downtown Atlanta and the Hartfield-Jackson International Airport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to an official release, the company is highly familiar with the I-20 West submarket, given the fact that, for the past decade, nearly 40 percent of its Georgia leasing activity took place in the area. \u201cIDI has a long history of success with properties in the I-20 West submarket as this location is ideally positioned for companies seeking to add a key location to their supply chain,\u201d said Lisa Ward, vice president of leasing for IDI\u2019s Atlanta market office. \u201cThe I-20 West submarket is relatively healthy with very few class-A buildings over 500,000 square feet available currently.
