The company also manages over 125 million square feet of commercial property.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze\u2014both vice presidents of office leasing for Lincoln Property Company Southeast\u2014will oversee leasing for the four OA Development-owned Atlanta properties:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>2400 Lake Park Dr., a four-story, 104,000-square-foot building in Smyrna, currently 82 percent leased;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Lakeview 400, a 135,000-square-foot office park in Alpharetta consisting of two one-story buildings; with ADP as anchor tenant, the park is 93 percent leased;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Northwoods Business Center, a 111,000-square-foot office park featuring three one-story buildings in Norcross, currently 70 percent occupied;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Bluegrass Promenade, a one-story, 99,000-square-foot building at 1200 Bluegrass Lakes Parkway in Alpharetta, presently 76 percent leased.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cWe believe that Lincoln Property Company Southeast\u2019s experience, knowledge and talents are the perfect fit for these four properties,\u201d said Brian Granath, a partner with OA Development. \u201cWe could not be more excited about the leasing future of these sites.
