Magleby, who comes to Cushman from RBR Capital, will be based in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>He will be responsible for Cushman\u2019s investment sales, debt and equity finance and investment banking divisions in the western half of the United States. Before working for RBR, he established a srong track record in real estate asset management and investment at firms including Wachovia Securities, Lehman Bros. and Salomon Smith Barney. <\/p>\n<p>While at Wachovia from 2005 to 2009, Magleby worked as a managing director in charge of lodging and gaming in investment banking, where he oversaw the creation of new revenue streams as well as the execution of more than 100 capital markets deals.
