Imprintable sportswear distributor Americana Activewear has inked a 240,000-square-foot long-term lease in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. The lease was brokered by commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc.<\/p>\n

Americana was represented by Britt Casey of Cushman\u2019s suburban Chicago office in Rosemont, Ill., and Rooney Daschbach and Eric Daschbach of Cushman\u2019s Los Angeles South Bay operation in Long Beach, Calif. Brokering for landlord Alere Property Group was John McMillan, Jeff Sanita and Tim Wallace of Cushman\u2019s Los Angeles downtown office<\/p>\n

According to Rooney Daschbach, the property serves Americana because it offers a central location with respect to its regional customer base.<\/p>\n
