L.L.C. have joined forces to offer real estate brokerage, property management and consulting services in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.<\/p>\n<p>The combined entity will operate under the Duncan Commercial Real Estate name, with Duncan owner Will Duncan and principal broker Todd Whitchurch continuing to function in their roles. Evan Tarbis will become senior advisor specializing in office leasing and tenant representation.<\/p>\n<p>According to Duncan, the time was right to grow his firm\u2019s scope and services through the joint venture.
