Also known as Longfellow Plaza, the property is situated in the city\u2019s Golden Triangle near the Farragut West and Dupont Circle Metro stations.<\/p>\n<p>Renovated in 2008, the building has eight fully leased stories of office space that are home to tenants including International Resources Group, TSI Conn Ave L.L.C. and Washington Sports Clubs. It also has ground-floor retail and an underground parking garage.<\/p>\n<p>The seller, Harbor Group International L.L.C., was represented by HFF senior managing directors Jim Meisel and Dek Potts.
