Teacher Created Materials Inc., a publishing firm based in Huntington Beach, purchased the property at 5482 Argosy Ave., near Bolsa Chica St. and the 405 freeway and less than a mile from its current headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Voit Real Estate Services directed the completion of the sale, with Mike Bouma of the company\u2019s Anaheim metro office representing the seller, H and E Graham Trust. According to Bouma, buyers are still seeking unique industrial opportunities via well-located properties offering attractive pricing and financing. <\/p>\n<p>Teacher Created Materials was represented by Terry Rylski of Coldwell Banker\/Campbell Realtors. Founded in Huntington Beach in 1944, it publishes educational books and materials in all curricular areas for teachers and students at a variety of grade and skill levels.<\/p>\n<p>Voit, which has been in expansion mode this year, is now a 10-office commercial real estate firm that employs more than 200 people and has owned, developed and managed more than 45 million square feet worth of properties.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This year&#8217;s largest industrial sale per square foot in Huntington Beach, Calif., is now complete.
