Global money management firm MFS Investment Management has taken 280,000 square feet over ten floors. The space will serve as the company\u2019s world headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm McCall &amp; Almy represented MFS in lease negotiations with owner Boston Properties. According to MFS chief financial officer Amrit Kanwal, McCall &amp; Almy was effective in understanding the company\u2019s requirements and procuring the right space.<\/p>\n<p>The 3.2 million-square-foot Prudential Center is located on 23 acres in Boston\u2019s Back Bay area.
