Real estate brokerage and advisory firm Stan Johnson has made its entrance into the City of Angels. The firm has opened a new regional office in Los Angeles at 10100 Santa Monica Boulevard, a move that is part of a nationwide expansion initiative.<\/p>\n

Thirteen-year commercial real estate veteran Derek Layne will serve as associate director at the new office. He comes to Stan Johnson from Brooktree Realty Advisors, where he completed $175 million in deals over the past two years.<\/p>\n

Layne said that the company\u2019s platform has lent to its success over the past two decades. Executive managing director Daniel Herrold added that he believes a local presence will allow Stan Johnson to further expand and develop deeper client relationships.<\/p>\n

Stan Johnson has completed $9 billion in transactions worldwide and focuses on acquisition, disposition and financing of net-leased real estate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
