The newly constructed building will be open for business in March 2012, totaling 210,202 square feet of rentable space.<\/p>\n<p>Located at the southeast corner of 7th Street and Deer Valley Road, the building will be owned by Ryan Cos. USA. The lease was managed and awarded by Debbie Orkowski of the GSA Leasing Contracting office, while JLL employees Jessica Kokish, Suzanne Drake, Chris Roth and Dan Reidy represented the government.<\/p>\n<p>Kokish said that JLL guided the government through a comprehensive process that begin with securing the land site and finding a developer. The GSA\u2019s lease portfolio encompasses more than 8,000 properties and totals approximately 184 million square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2005, JLL has worked with the GSA to procure more than 750 leases.
