The open-air Miami mall is located near U.S. Route 1 in the city\u2019s southern area.<\/p>\n<p>HFF executive managing director Manny de Z\u00e1rraga, director Luis Castillo and managing director Danny Finkle, along with managing director Claudia Steeb and executive managing director and managing member John Pelusi, Jr. of HFF\u2019s Pittsburgh office, worked on behalf of the property\u2019s ownership group, Simon Property Group and Institutional Mall Investors, L.L.C. They secured a 10-year, fixed-rate loan through JP Morgan Securities, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Castillo called the property Miami\u2019s dominant entertainment and lifestyle center and said it provides one of the market\u2019s most unique venues.
