Supergen, Inc., a developer of cancer therapies, has signed a lease renewal on 30,000 square feet at the Dublin Corporate Center in the San Francisco Bay Area. The center is managed by Tishman Speyer, which said the lease renewal will retain the company\u2019s headquarters at the office campus through year-end 2015.<\/p>\n

Tishman recently retired the center\u2019s mortgage debt, earmarking the funds for future leasing and capital costs. <\/p>\n

The center sits on 18.6 acres and consists of three four-story office buildings totaling 440,278 square feet. It is located along the Dublin submarket\u2019s 580 corridor. <\/p>\n

Supergen was represented by Kevin Mechelke of Jones Lang LaSalle, while the owner was represented by Ted Helgans and Brian Lagomarsino with Colliers Parrish and Allen Palmer of Tishman Speyer. <\/p>\n

Tishman has a property portfolio of more than $54.2 billion across the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. It owns signature properties including New York\u2019s Rockefeller Center and Berlin\u2019s Sony Center.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
