Santa Barbara, Calif.\u2013Yardi Systems has acquired VisualHOMES, a Silver Spring, Md.-based company that provides software solutions for public housing authorities that manage low-income housing in North America. VisualHOMES has developed more than 20 housing management and financial accounting software modules.<\/p>\n
This latest acquisition combines the public housing technology expertise of VisualHOMES with Yardi\u2019s browser-based Yardi Voyager PHA solution for subsidized housing.<\/p>\n
