Should the Conde Nast deal come to pass, the company will likely move from its 800,000 square feet at 4 Times Square in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The skyscraper is slated to reach 55 stories high by the end of this year. It is then expected to reach rooftop level by the fourth quarter 2011.
