Klug, who will be based in the Irvine, California regional office, will lead marketing for a portfolio of 50 apartment communities as well as training for 250 associates.<\/p>\n<p>Klug previously served as regional vice president of business deelopment at Western National Group and has also held executive marketing positions at SARES-Regis Group as well as Irvine Company Apartment Communities. At Western National, she oversaw the firm\u2019s new fee management business development opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Legacy Partners Residential, Southern California, a division of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc., is a developer and operator of residential and commercial real estate. The division\u2019s portfolio includes nearly 10,000 market-rate, affordable and senior apartment units managed under contract and\/or developed by the firm, as well as nearly 400 boat slip and 500 lofts, 500 condominium units and 200,000 square feet of retail space.<\/p>\n<p>The firm is based in Foster City, California and has been in business for four decades. Throughout that time, it has acquired, developed and managed a portfolio valued in excess of $7 billion.
