A new building has been approved for the Bayonne Medical Center in Bayonne, N.J. The 50,000-square-foot building has been granted unanimous approval from the Bayonne Planning Board, according to developer William Procida Inc. <\/p>\n

Slated to break ground in 2011, the building is touted as transforming unused land into revenue-generating space. It will house a surgery center, nursing school, hospital pharmacy, and doctors\u2019 offices.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe unanimous approval underscores the value of this project,\u201d Procida said in a prepared statement, \u201cand the thoughtful and comprehensive presentation by our entire team.\u201d<\/p>\n

Procida was chosen last fall to oversee the project.<\/p>\n

WPI was founded in 1995 and is based in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. It specializes in due diligence, asset management, restructuring, interim development, project evaluation and loan sale, and is a direct investor and lender.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
