It also has a 215-space on-site public parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>The apartments range in price from $2,375 to $11,125 per month. There are 110 studios, 132 one-bedroom flats, six one-bedroom townhomes, 78 two-bedroom flats, 47 two-bedroom townhomes and two three-bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 612 to 3,183 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Legacy, the project team for the development includes general contractor Webcor, financial partner CalPERS, lender Deutsche Bank, architect HKS Architects, landscape architect Rios Clementi Hale Studios, structural engineer DCI Engineers, and civil engineer Fuscoe Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Over the last 40 years, Legacy has acquired, developed, and managed a $7 billion portfolio in Northern California, Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and Texas.
