A native of the area, Roberts lives in Costa Mesa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBruce\u2019s expertise allows us to maintain high occupancy rates during this difficult economic downturn and slow real estate market,\u201d company president Barry Saywitz said when announcing the news. \u201cHe\u2019s been integral to the company\u2019s success and business strategies over the past year. His continued efforts in coordinating our new leasing efforts, condo sales, lease renewals and market analysis will play a key factor in our firm\u2019s business plan moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Saywitz Properties has more than 50 holdings in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Tustin, Irvine and Stanton.
