They have a well-deserved reputation for being flexible and taking excellent care of their customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As of March 31, AMB\u2019s Los Angeles portfolio totaled more than 22.6 million square feet of operating and development facilities. When the San Francisco-based company announced its first quarter results last month, it said that funds from operations were $0.31 per fully diluted share and unit, as compared to $0.77 a year earlier. The firm attributed the drop to higher development gains in 2009 than in 2010. Net income to common stockholders per fully diluted share was a loss of $0.03, as compared to a loss of $1.24 a year earlier.
