Financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The facility offers easy access to the Interstate 215 and Interstate 10 freeways and lies in close proximity to the BNSF and UPSP Intermodal Rail Yards. Kohl\u2019s was represented by Cushman &amp; Wakefield executive director Phil Lombardo of the firm\u2019s Inland Empire office, along with executive director John McMillan of the downtown Los Angeles Office. The seller was represented by Mike McCrary and Peter McWilliams of Jones Lang LaSalle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy sharing, communicating and leveraging Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s greater enterprise, our industrial brokerage team has helped our client meet a major corporate objective,\u201d C&amp;W executive managing director of the U.S. Industrial Services group Dwight Hotchkiss said when announcing the news. On Wednesday, the firm announced that they had tapped Hotchkiss to serve in the position.
