The firm has already moved into its new fifteenth-floor space.<\/p>\n<p>Regus is the latest tenant at the new 17-story, 440,000 square-foot building, which is part of the Block 37 development. Block 37 is a shopping, dining, and entertainment district encompassing an entire city block in the middle of Chicago\u2019s downtown Loop.
