ProLogis has signed new lease agreements in Charlotte, N.C., with four transactions totaling approximately 283,000 square feet.\u2022 Anna\u2019s Linens leased 112,000 square feet at Ridge Creek Distribution Center, located near the intersection of Interstates 77 and 485. Anna\u2019s Linens now occupies space in two ProLogis distribution centers in both Charlotte and Houston, totaling approximately 164,000 square feet.\u2022 CEVA Logistics leased approximately 84,700 square feet at West Pointe Business Center, located at the intersection of Interstates 85 and 485. CEVA’s current lease agreements with ProLogis total approximately 5.4 million square feet in locations across North America and Europe.\u2022 PSS World Medical leased the remaining 65,100 square feet at West Pointe Business Center. The agreement marked the third between PSS and ProLogis.\u2022\u00a0 Murray Supply Co. leased 21,400 square feet at Charlotte Distribution Center, located at the intersection of Interstates 77 and 85. This is Murray\u2019s first lease agreement with ProLogis. Moreover, ProLogis has leased 120,000 square feet of recently completed Patrick Industrial Park situated near Reno, Nev., to CommScope.The property is located in McCarran and CommScope plans to use the facility to support regional distribution of its cable and other infrastructure products in order to serve its customers throughout the region. \u201cThe industrial market in Reno fully supports distribution networks throughout the Western United States because of its central location in the region and position along Interstate 80,\u201d said Brandon Page, vice president and market officer for ProLogis. \u201cWe are pleased to sign this new lease with CommScope, which maintains our overall leased percentage in the greater Reno market at 94 percent.\u201dPatrick Industrial Park is located along Interstate 80 and\u00a0 is approximately 20 minutes from the Tahoe-Reno International Airport.
