It is also home to a large manufacturing base, contributing to the need for local distribution space.\u201d Total Warehousing Services Inc., a third-party logistics provider, has leased 60,000 square feet with ProLogis at Augusta Distribution Center. Total Warehousing Services will use the space to provide packaging, warehousing and distribution services to regional customers.Moreover, Innovative Food Technology, a manufacturer of shelf-stable foods, has leased 30,000 square feet with ProLogis at White Horse Industrial Park, located near the intersection of White Horse Road and Interstate 85.
