The chairman &amp; CEO of ProLogis, a repeat winner recognized by the 12-year-old awards program, has been elected the Executive of the Year, the program\u2019s topmost honor, by his peers across the commercial real estate industry.   Schwartz has also been awarded the Industrial Property Executive of the Year award as well as the newly introduced Sustainability Executive of the Year award, along with honors recognition under the Developer of the Year and Innovator of the Year awards. This year, CPN expanded the awards program to recognize two honorees in addition to the first-place winner in each category.  Other multiple-award winners this year include Ed Linde of Boston Properties Inc., Colin Dyer of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., Mark Rauenhorst of Opus Group, Ron Pressman of GE Real Estate, Jeffrey Hanson of Grubb &amp; Ellis Realty Investors L.L.C., plus double honorees Doug Shorenstein of Shorenstein Properties L.L.C. and Hamid Moghadam of AMB Property Corp. In addition, John Cushman III of Cushman &amp; Wakefield Inc. has been named the winner of this year\u2019s Lifetime Achievement award.  This year, CPN again turned to the commercial real estate sector at large for nominations before sending out final ballots to the top two executives at companies across the industry.The winners will be honored at a special luncheon keynoted by John Zogby, president &amp; CEO of public opinion, research and business solutions firm Zogby International and author of the newly released book The Way We\u2019ll Be. The event will take place on Friday, Nov. 14, at the Westin New York at Times Square in Manhattan.
