Warren was formerly vice president of development for LaSalle, and led the company\u2019s expansion plans through the Dallas Fort Worth area and Chicago, with responsibilities ranging from new business to new residence planning and development. Chad Anderson, formerly vice president of operations for LaSalle and CCMC, has assumed the role of president of CCMC, which is now an independent entity. Anderson was previously responsible for managing LaSalle\u2019s Autumn Leaves branded residences, as well as establishing standardized operating policies and procedures. He will now expand his focus to all operational functions for CCMC, and mange all future strategic partnerships for the company.  Started in 1999 through the partnership of real estate developer Win Warren and memory care specialist Jane Anderson, LaSalle developed and managed assisted living communities for aging adults through its Autumn Leaves residences. That same year, affiliate CCMC was formed to manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all of LaSalle\u2019s care facilities. To date, LaSalle and CCMC have constructed and operated 10 residences together.  Chad  Anderson is the son of Jane Anderson, while Mitchell Warren is the son of Win Warren.
