The Suite includes four main product solutions: Ariba\u2019s Spend Visibility, Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, and Contract Management programs. The Spend Visibility helps a business to gain a clear view into spending needs and habits, spotting areas for more cost saving. Ariba Sourcing negotiates prices. Procure-to-Pay is a software management solution that reorganizes orders, invoice and payments, and The Ariba Contract Management manages compliance worldwide. Hari Candadai, director of solutions marketing told CPN, \u201cNow companies need to be up and running faster. The on-demand model is much quicker, offering a faster time-to\u2013value system, with lower upfront costs. A company may need to lock into savings, which they can do with our sourcing solutions.\u201d Candadai added that especially for global companies like CBRE, “with the economy\u2019s challenges now, not only do they have to grapple with global competition, they must improve spend management performance.” The on-demand suite is hosted by Ariba. The company has web browser access, which eliminates the need to install or maintain any software or hardware and Ariba takes care of all security issues.
