The program is targeted at properties in the United States, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, with a particular emphasis on the United Kingdom, Spain, France and Italy.While Strategic Capital did not disclose any specific investments for the fund, the firm said it intends to generally seek out reputable developers in emerging markets. The company is currently working with a select group of international developers to seek out financing opportunities.Leo Davis of Strategic Capital\u2019s newly formed London-based European division, indicated in a release that the program addresses the key issue in the credit market, which is access to immediate capital.
