Belle Island village will occupy 26 acres in a town that serves as a gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The development will be anchored by two major attractions: the Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum, as well as NASCAR legend Darrell Waltrip&#8217;s Racing Experience.
