Transwestern Names New Denver SVP

Having worked for Cushman & Wakefield for more than seven years, the new senior vice president will be spearheading the company’s local leasing team.

Whitney Hake has joined Transwestern’s Denver office as senior vice president, agency leasing. In her new role, Hake will aid companies in finding office spaces in the Denver area. While focusing on landlord representations, she will also spearhead a team of professionals specialized in office agency leasing.

Having negotiated more than 300 transactions totaling two million square feet for both institutional owners and regional owners, Hake previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield for almost eight years. According to Transwestern, she was ranked within the top 10 percent of Cushman & Wakefield brokers globally in 2016-2017, earning the DTZ 2015 Production Achievement Award and the Cassidy Turley Colorado 2012 Young Top Gun Award. In 2011, she also became a Certified Commercial Investment Member. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Hake has a bachelor’s degree in real estate and marketing from Baylor University and a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver.
