SunCap Property Group sold Magna Distribution Center in the Greenville-Spartanburg submarket of Moore, S.C. to a private investor for $18.5 million.Â
Situated on 19.7 acres within the 882-acre master-planned Tyger River Industrial Park North, the 229,950-square-foot, Class A warehouse and distribution facility is fully leased to Magna Seating of America Inc., an advanced automotive seating manufacturer.
Fully-Equipped FacilityÂ
Completed in 2017, the building features an expansion capacity of 50,000 square feet and comprises 214,450 square feet of production and 15,500 square feet of office space. The property features LED lighting, 32-foot clear height, 13 knock-out panels, 250 parking spaces, 50-by-50-foot column spacing, 30 dock-high doors and 20 trailer stalls. Magna Distribution Center offers close proximity to Route 290 and interstates 26 and 85.Â
