Part of a network of almost fifty areas spread all over the globe—the society extends throughout more than 630 cities in 34 countries—SIOR’s regional chapter includes the District of Columbia, the state of Marylad and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. It also encompasses the city of Alexandria, Falls Church and Manassas.

“Together with the local SIOR executive team, we plan to improve the value proposition of membership by focusing on the offering of innovative educational programs and networking events, as well as elevating the quantity and quality of resources available. The velocity of industrial real estate activity currently occurring in the Maryland-Washington, D.C.-Northern Virginia marketplace is unprecedented, and our members continue to play significant roles in the leasing and sale of high-profile transactions,” said Laraway in prepared remarks.
