RD Management Promotes Roger Hirschhorn to COO

New York—RD Management has promoted former Senior Vice President Roger Hirschhorn to chief operating officer. As COO, Hirschhorn will oversee day-to-day operations as well as RD’s national portfolio of more than 200 properties, including retail, office, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, self-storage, and senior housing assets.

Hirschhorn brings almost 30 years of experience in the retail industry, having worked for both shopping center owners and one of the country’s largest retailers. His experience spans business lines such as property management, accounting, leasing, development, acquisitions, dispositions, construction and finance.

“We have been fortunate to have Roger on our team for over 13 years now, as his breadth of knowledge in retail real estate is invaluable,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management, in prepared remarks.

Hirschhorn holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
