Two clothing boutiques and two restaurants will join the retail mix at the 90-acre Waverly community in southern Charlotte, N.C. The mixed-use project is being developed by a partnership between Childress Klein, Crosland Southeast and the B. Frank Matthews II family. The new tenants will occupy almost 14,000 square feet of retail space.

Located south of Interstate 485, at the intersection of Providence Road and Ardrey Kell Road, Waverly features 250,000 square feet of retail space. The project also includes restaurants, shops, two six-story office buildings that offer Class A space, and two medical office buildings. Solis Waverly, a 375-unit upscale community built by Terwilliger Pappas Multifamily Partners and Federal Capital Partners, is part of the project.
