The William Warren Group has acquired Dominion Self Storage, an 82,120-square-foot facility in Buckeye, Ariz., for $9.1 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. The property was rebranded as StorQuest Self Storage.

Located at 20825 W. McDowell Road, the storage facility is just off Interstate 10, adjacent to Starbucks, Gulver’s and other retailers. There are approximately 22,900 people living within a 3-mile radius and 4.92 net rentable square feet of storage available per capita, according to Yardi Matrix data.

Constructed in 2018, the three-story storage spans across 1.3 acres and encompasses a total of 524 climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Property characteristics include security cameras, parking and RV parking spaces. Additional services provided are on-site management and truck rental options.

Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage team included Vice Chairman Paul Boyle, Senior Director Greg Wells and Executive Director Rick Danis. In August, the firm also arranged the sale of Scottsdale Airpark Corporate Center, a more than 100,000-square-foot office flex for $13.2 million.
