Texas Harley-Davidson Building Lands New Owner
The 71,000-square-foot property serves as one one of the largest Texas dealerships of its kind.

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 70,960-square-foot net-leased building in Bedford, Texas. Texas Harley-Davidson occupies the asset on a 15-year lease.
The company’s Fort Worth office Senior Managing Director of Investments Philip Levy represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction, both private investors.
Texas Harley-Davidson, located at 1 Texas Harley Way, opened at the end of April last year. The dealership, one of the largest of its kind in the state, features a showroom, a service station and second level stockroom.
The 15-year net-lease signed by Texas Harley-Davidson includes 10 percent rent escalations scheduled every five years and two five-year renewal options.
