StorageMart Buys 650-Unit NoCal Facility
The 78,000-square-foot property was constructed in 2009 and is the company’s first asset in Santa Cruz.

StorageMart acquired its first storage facility in Santa Cruz, Calif. The more than 650 units come in a variety of sizes and types, totaling 78,000 square feet of storage.
President Cris Burnam mentioned that location was a prime factor in this decision as convenience is the number one feature customers seek. The asset is located at 3711 Soquel Drive, just off Cabrillo Highway.
Formerly Store More America, the facility was built in 2009 and boasts several modern storage amenities like climate control, a large loading area that can accommodate cars or trucks, as well as two 48-square-foot freight elevators. There are 24-hour cameras on-site and access is controlled with PIN pads.
