Sirius XM Expands Office Lease in Irving, TX
Sirius XM signed a pair of co-terminus leases and grew its office space at Freeport Corporate Center to a total of 43,403 square feet. The building's occupancy is now 72 percent.

Sirius XM Connected Vehicle Services Inc. has expanded its lease in Freeport Corporate Center to 43,403 square feet, occupying nearly half of the 98,835-square-foot building in Irving, Texas. The company will grow its back-office operations. Kelly Winn of Savills Studley negotiated the lease on behalf of Sirius XM. Kevin Brookmole, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Sabal Financial Group.
With Sirius XM’s 6,809-square-foot lease expansion, Freeport Corporate Center, located at 8650 Freeport Parkway, is now 72 percent occupied. Recently, a 23,364-square-foot space on the first floor was vacated and several leasing proposals are pending.
The two-story, Class A office building is situated within walking distance from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and numerous bus stations, as well as hotels, retail and dining options. The property also offers approximately 500 parking spaces.
