Simply Self Storage Opens 2 Facilities

Simply Self Storage has opened two Class A facilities, adding a total of 248,500 square feet to its national portfolio, Yardi Matrix data shows. The properties are located in Lindenhurst and Hauppauge, two communities in Long Island, N.Y.

Located at 1070 Route 109 in Lindenhurst, the property is near the Southern State Parkway and freeways 27 and 110. The facility is also situated close to residential communities—there are approximately 3,900 units completed or under construction within a 3-mile radius, according to Yardi Matrix data.

The Hauppauge storage is situated at 745 Old Willets Path on 2 acres, alongside Interstate 495, roughly 15 miles from the Lindenhurst facility. The asset is also close to many retailers and universities, including Willie’s Appliances, Crosstex International and Long Island University.

Both facilities feature climate-controlled units, spacious loading areas with available carts for customer use, security cameras, keypad entry, indoor and outdoor lighting and packing supplies. Other services offered include on-site management and truck rental options.
