Starting next month, the flexible space specialist will occupy a full floor at a Golden Triangle property owned by LaSalle Investment Management.

2001 L St. NW

Premier Workspaces has signed an 11-year lease with LaSalle Investment Management to occupy 17,178 square feet at 2001 L St. NW in Washington, D.C. The flexible space operator will take up the building’s entire 5th floor in August.

The leased space will undergo renovations, resulting in a new design with large offices featuring a modern layout. The location will include 80 private offices, two conference rooms, a reception area and will accommodate more than 140 professionals. The private offices will range in size between 84 to 290 square feet. Additionally, the new location will provide furnished or unfurnished offices, flexible agreement terms, support staff, personalized phone answering and mail collection. The 10-story, 170,000-square-foot property features a Starbucks, fitness center and secured bike room.

Located in the city’s Golden Triangle business improvement district, the asset is minutes away from the Dupont Circle, Farragut North, Farragut West and Foggy Bottom-GWU metro stations. Surrounding amenities include neighborhood events and public art, restaurants, cafés and accommodation options.

Premier Workspaces’ national footprint encompasses more than 90 locations. The company already occupies more than 12,000 square feet at The Homer Building, also in Washington, D.C. The area has been successfully attracting a large number of coworking companies, including Tishman Speyer’s recently launched coworking brand, Studio.
