PM Hotel Group to Manage 178-Key DC-Area Property

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Alexandria – Historic District
Washington—D.C.-based PM Hotel Group has recently taken over management of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Alexandria – Historic District, a 178-key hotel located 2.5 miles south of the Ronald Reagan Airport and within a 20-minute ride of downtown Washington, D.C. The company is set to manage both strategic due-diligence and day-to-day operations.
Located at 625 First St. in Alexandria, Va., the four-story hotel offers quick access to D.C., Maryland and Virginia destinations via interstates 66, 295, 395 and 495.
“This marks our tenth hotel in the Greater D.C. Metro area, which is particularly gratifying in light of the fact that our company is headquartered here, too,” said Joseph Bojanowski, president of PM Hotel Group, in prepared remarks.
Less than 2 miles north of the Capital Beltway, the Holiday Inn & Suites hotel in Alexandria features a business center, fully equipped fitness center, concierge service, 12,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, lobby cocktail lounge, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel’s shuttle service offers complimentary rides to King Street and metro station.
