Newmark Knight Frank welcomed a new addition to its Atlanta office by appointing Stephanie Marino as senior managing director. Marino joins former colleagues Steve Morgan and Brett Hunsaker in her new role extending the firm’s investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, capital markets and advisory expertise.

Real estate veteran

Marino spent five years as a senior vice president at Avison Young’s Office Properties, Healthcare and Enterprise Solutions Group, where she worked alongside Steve Morgan for four years providing transaction-based real estate services to corporate clients, among other responsibilities. Prior to working at Avison Young, Marino served as executive vice president at Ravello Solutions, where she developed and executed leasing and marketing strategies for clients including DS Waters, AXA Financial and Liberty Mutual. She also acquired experience during the 11 years spent in corporate services for CBRE alongside Hunsaker, following an assignment with Grubb & Ellis Management Services as director of leasing.

“I’ve known Stephanie throughout her 20-year career in building acquisitions, land transactions, leasing and corporate consulting across Fortune 500, mid-cap and small organizations,” said Hunsaker, executive vice president at NKF, in prepared remarks. “Her breadth of experience complements our growth strategy and plans for more key hires.”

Marino earned a Bachelor of Administration in marketing from Georgia State University and is a board member of Commercial Real Estate Women Atlanta.
