NKF Taps New GCS Global Head

Susan Wojciechowski will focus on global service line strategy and growth, partnership formulation and platform development. She will play a role in business integration supporting occupier clients for Global Corporate Services.

Newmark Knight Frank has hired Susan Wojciechowski as its new global head of facilities management and business integration for Global Corporate Services. She will be responsible for focusing on global service line strategy and growth, partnership formulation, platform development and will play a role in business integration supporting occupier clients for GCS. 

“As a recognized leader in the outsourcing industry, her (Wojciechowski’s) experience is unmatched in driving innovative processes, which will strategically advance the GCS platform,” said Craig Robinson, CEO of GCS, in prepared remarks. 

Wojciechowski has more than 25 years of global real estate services and full-service outsourcing experience. She has a background in business unit leadership and growth, platform development, and the formulation and negotiation of complex contract structures.

Before joining NKF, Wojciechowski served CBRE, Johnson Controls, and Trammell Crow Co. Most recently, she was managing principal & president at Outsource Partner Advisory Services, a company she formed in 2008 that provides real estate commercial investment and portfolio sales inclusive of debt and equity placement services for private and institutional investors.
