EquiCap Commercial and Marcus & Millichap have arranged the sale of Clermont Self Storage, a 38,780-rentable-square-foot facility in Cape May Court House, N.J. Self Axis Storage purchased the asset for $1.5 million from American Storage Partners, according to public records.

Located at 27 Clermont Drive, the facility is alongside Garden State Parkway Toll Road and Freeway 9, around 6 miles from the downtown of Cape May Court House. Additionally, the property is easily accessible from several nearby communities such as South Seaville, Ocean View and Swaiton.

Clermont Self Storage encompasses a total of 292 units, ranging from 25 to 500 square feet. The facility is fully fenced, features roll-up doors, drive-up access, climate-controlled units, security cameras and outside storage for cars, trucks, RVs and boats. Additional services provided include on-site management and month to month contracts opportunity.

EquiCap’s Managing Partner Jesse Luke and Marcus & Millichap’s First Vice President Anne Williams worked on behalf of the seller in the transaction. In August, EquiCap also brokered the sale of a 770-unit facility in Milwaukee, Wis.
