NAI Hiffman Arranges Four Leases at IL Office Center

NAI Hiffman arranged leases for four companies at Naperville Woods Office Center in Naperville, Ill. The agreements, totaling approximately 40,000 square feet, take the buildings’ occupancy level up to 96 percent. The tenants and the amount of space they are ready to fill are listed below:

• Equian, a financial healthcare solutions firm; 19,585 square feet
• Gallagher Benefit Services Inc.; 14,150 square feet
• True North Consultants Inc.; 4,445 square feet
• Kreamer Law Group; 1,654 square feet
