The owner of Brickell Bay Office Tower in Miami has chosen DWNTWN Realty Advisors to manage leasing for the property’s office space. Skyler Marinoff will lead the leasing team. Previously, Infinity Commercial Real Estate’s Sherri Beregovoy and Ted Konigsberg marketed the downtown Class A office high-rise to tenants, according to Yardi Matrix.

Located at 1001 Brickell Bay Drive, the tower rises 32 stories in the heart of Miami’s central business district. The building is positioned near U.S. Route 1 and a variety of public transportation options, including the Brickell rail station, a 10-minute walk away.

Built in 1985, the asset underwent renovations in 2014. The high-rise features 18,600-square-foot floor plates, above-ground and subterranean parking at a ratio of 2.85 spaces per 1,000 square feet, an on-site car wash and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space, which includes a bakery and café on the ground floor. The building has a vacancy rate of 11.3 percent, per Yardi Matrix data from February 2018. Major tenants include Aon, Anex Office, The Hackett Group and Au Bon Pain.
