Private equity firm Building and Land Technology is looking for new tenants at their recently refurbished Long Ridge Health & Science campus. A team led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Director Jodie Dostal, Vice Chairman Gary Greenspan and Leasing Director Kathleen Fazio was singled out to market and lease 260 Long Ridge Road in Stamford, Conn. The building offers a total of 130,000 square feet of vacant medical and office space, ready to meet the needs of creative or corporate tenants.

The 200,000-square-foot, Class A campus sits on 17.5 acres and consists of two different buildings. The second construction is located at 292 Long Ridge Road and is fully leased to Stamford Hospital. Long Ridge Health & Science was recently renovated and features 12-foot ceiling heights, new façade and windows, a sleek lobby, updated mechanicals, elevators and building systems and a reimagined entry parking and landscaping.

Long Ridge Health & Science is located in the vicinity of Merritt Parkway, Stamford central business district, just a few miles north of Stamford’s downtown. It is also close to various restaurants and retailers. The other tenants are Greenwich Hospital and Yale New Haven Medical system.

With the building upgrades at 260 Long Ridge Road, and the property’s prime location, we can offer a value proposition to office tenants who want to enhance their corporate identity and to medical professionals who want to have better access to their patients along this prominent corridor,” Building and Land Technology Executive Vice President Leslie Whatley said in a prepared statement. The company owns another Class A complex in Stamford, 1 Elmcroft Road.
