Levin Management Corp. has expanded its construction team at their North Plainfield, N.J., office by appointing Maxim Gagneron as vice president. In his new role, Gagneron will oversee all development activities within the company’s 100-property portfolio and will work closely with the management and leasing teams.

Gagneron is an industry veteran with more than 15 years of related experience. He came to LMC from the New York office of Normandy Real Estate Partners, where he served as director of project management. Most of this career, however, was spent with Thor Equities, where he also held a position as vice president of construction. Between these two jobs, Gagneron was a project manager on large-scale projects with Skanska USA. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor degree in building construction management.

LMC’s construction-related services range from upgrading small-scale, individual tenant spaces to entire property expansions, retail center renovations and full redevelopments of commercial properties. In addition, the company provides leasing and property management services in the Northeast, with a focus on shopping centers.
