LeaseWeb Signs Phoenix Wholesale Deal With H5

LeaseWeb USA Inc. has entered a wholesale lease agreement with H5 Data Centers for its Chandler, Ariz. facility. H5 will continue to own and manage the data center, while LeaseWeb will provide its array of services, which include dedicated servers, private cloud, network, CDN, cybersecurity and hybrid IT solutions.

Site features

H5 Phoenix is a Tier III, purpose-built facility, situated at 2600 W. Germann Road in Chandler’s growing tech corridor. The 180,000-square-foot campus offers up to 20 megawatts critical IT load, configurable in private suites of 125- and 250-kilowatt increments. The modular construction enables further scalability options according to demand.

The Phoenix data center further boasts a 100 percent uptime track record since its initial deployment. Security at the site is robust, featuring a 22-foot perimeter wall, mantraps, biometric and keycard access, smoke detection and fire suppression systems and more than 20 cameras monitored 24/7 by on-site security. Tenants can pick from a variety of regional, national and international telecom carriers and fiber providers, including CenturyLink, COX, Level3, Zayo and others.
