Kilroy Realty Corp. has finalized renovations of the 450,000-square-foot Kilroy Sabre Springs in San Diego. The project comprised improvements to 30,000 square feet of lobbies, restrooms, as well as indoor and outdoor common-area spaces. Ware Malcomb provided architecture and interior design services and DCT, Burger Construction and Bycor were the general contractors for the project.

Located at 13480, 13500, & 13520 Evening Creek Drive, the asset is adjacent to Interstate 15 and several residential communities, with easy access to bike paths and an MTS hub, roughly 20 miles north of downtown San Diego. The campus comprises three six-story buildings completed in 2002 and 2008 with added amenities such as a fitness center, fire pit and regulation-size bocce ball court. Additionally, the asset includes an all-day restaurant named after late San Diego swimmer Florence Chadwick. The tenant roster includes General Atomics, Avnet, Cypress HCM, Melbrod Wealth Management and Infracore, per Yardi Matrix information.

Recently, Kilroy Realty Corp. signed the first lease at its $600 million under construction project in the Bay Area. Biopharmaceutical company Cytokinetics will occupy 250,000 square feet at the science campus.
