After New York, San Francisco and Miami Beach, Fla., Chicago is the latest U.S. market that the Danish high-end beverage provider Joe & The Juice steps into. The company worked together with CBRE to ink leases in the Gold Coast, Streeterville and River North neighborhoods. The stores are expected to become operational in 2017 and 2018 and they will be the first ones the retailer is opening in the Midwest.

Joe & The Juice will be a great addition to the Gold Coast, Streeterville and River North neighborhoods. With a high-end aesthetic, inspiring atmosphere and healthy offerings, I am excited to see Chicagoans embrace Joe & The Juice. After these first three stores, there is significant runway left for growth in Chicago,” said CBRE’s Vice President Phil Golding, in prepared remarks.

First-class locations

Joe & The Juice’s new Chicago stores will be available at the following locations:

  • 10 E. Delaware
  • 412 N. Wells St.
  • 8 E. Huron

The team of brokers from CBRE in charge of the lease agreements was made up of Vice President Phil Golding, Senior Vice President Todd Sigel and Executive Vice President Amira Yunis.

The company, founded in 2002, entered the U.S. market in 2015. In late 2016, private equity firm Valedo acquired the beverage provider, ensuring that its expansion in North America will continue.
